BESEAN stands for British East and South East Asian Network! This was a mobile application I designed in order to create safe digital communities for the next generation during a time where we have movements like #StopAsianHate fighting to protect Asians.
Through research I found a gap in the market of community apps. This project uses modern and stylish design to promote positive representation to young BESEA people who may otherwise struggle to find role models and mentors who look like them!
The app allows users to communicate directly with professionals, read relevant news articles and join communities based on their interests! This all will help improve self image and give young BESEA people a platform!
